"Buying Experience " This dealership gave me a very good price. They are very professional and very helpful. They gave me a lot of options and gave me advice to make a good decision.
"Personal and precise" The Michaels that assisted me in my transaction were very helpful. I came to the dealership looking for one type of car but couldn't qualify. I had a special need for a larger car because I am responsible for taking my 90 year old disabled father to his medical appointments. They worked tirelessly to find a car for me that I could qualify for and that would meet my unique needs. They did a great job.
"Fast Maintenance Service" Overall my experience has been good. I've only taken my car there for service, never have purchased or leased. The two times I've been for scheduled maintenance they've been quick to get my car through. My only small complaint would be this last time, they had wrapped up the maintenance and checked me out, but it still took another 20 minutes to get my car. For that reason alone I am taking a star away. But staff is friendly and courteous and I'll be going back.
"Well Done" They took very good care of my car. I don't have much more to say and am just filling up space for the requirement.
