They arrived at 8 and were gone by 4. Chris hung around later to make sure most of the nails were picked up. He was very helpful. For those with gravel driveways, I would strongly recommend placing tarps over the gravel to catch the aluminum nails. Chris hung around after the rest of the crew left to help me find nails. Universal windows was professional from the 1st salesperson meeting to the entire installation. I would highly recommend this company
We were nervous at first dealing with a bigger company that they would hard sell and not follow through with commitments. They started to hard sell slightly at the quote, but stop when we told them we had multiple quotes to finish. We called after all quotes and set up an install date. We enjoyed every other step of the way. The install crew of Bod and Don were amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. The negative reviews are so wrong.
