The installers actually knew what they were doing. The windows work and look fabulous! I wish when I had replaced other windows in my home years ago I had used Universal Windows, no comparison.
This was the third project that I used Universal Windows Direct. The installation crew is awesome... friendly... knowledgeable...and skilled. Will hire again for future projects.
The work was done satisfactorily but there were several errors that needed corrected, and a few that still do. The cleanup afterwards left much to be desired, including at least a dozen gutter screws in the grass (found by our kids) and remains of bee hives that may have been hiding in the soffit were left scattered every where.
Guild quality did a amazing job on putting my windows in from start to finish
