After everything was finally installed and corrected, the products are nice. However there appears to be a lot of miscommunication internally at the company, causing the install to take almost 9 months to complete.

My installer was very professional, the installation was completed very quickly. I would recommend Universal Windows to anyone searching for new windows or doors and will definitely use Universal again if a need should arise in the future.
