We had a guy out first week on November. Told us the stuff will be in thanksgiving week and they’ll be out the same week or the week after…Well despite not being able to get ahold of anybody and them just saying the stuff isn’t in yet. We wanted to replace couple windows at the house. We found universal windows direct, Almost a week ago they were supposed to install the new windows, but they brought the wrong size windows (way smaller than what we have now), long story short they want to install these smaller windows inside the old windows, some how retrofit the old windows and get these in. We were never told or explain this. We were expecting window replacement. Now we can not get a hold of them to see when or if they are bringing the right size windows.... read more

Came for my yearly complaint as I put winter plastic over my $8,000 windows. I don't pay attention to this one particular window often as it's behind my washer and dryer. But as I'm covering my 3 year old windows with winter plastic, I realize that it's not possible to close this window. And then we were told to basically f@$k off because the time limit passed. Worst customer service EVER. Stay far away. everything started off great, then we needed a service calls 3 times since we got the windows installed, an 18 month timeframe. Despite what, in my opinion, is an excessive amount of service calls in such a short timeframe, I was happy they came out quickly and addressed the problems. I called for a service on my window because it needed to be re-screened, and now all of a sudden they charge $150 for somebody to come out. $16,000 windows and now suddenly they’re implementing this B... read more

Do not buy these windows they are the biggest rip off and the sales people lie through their teeth to make their sales. Sales person said they could make changes to my window, window installed and was exactly they same as old window after I was told he put in the changes I wanted. Had a sales rep out here recently and quoted us a RIDICULOUS amount for approximately 9 windows. A big huge ripoff. The quote was literally 25,000$ for the windows- enough for a kitchen remodel! Ill keep my drafty windows at that rate or pay menards or lowes to place new ones. Do they honestly think people are stupid enough to pay 4 times the cost that lowes would charge? We had windows done by this company 3 years ago at a fraction of the cost! Im disappointed they got so Greedy.
