Really thrilled with our new windows! The whole process went smoothly and each contact we had with Universal from Sales, to measurement and installation were all consummate professionals. Our house looks so refreshed from the inside and the outside! The added energy cost savings and reduction in noise is really amazing. Would recommend this company to anyone!!
Josh Ventry was our sales man, he did a fabulous job! Worked with us and found out what we needed! Even beat a price of a competing company, got great financing! We have been shopping for windows for 3 years and even had Universal Windows out before. Josh wasn't pushy, or degrading to other companies, his goal was to educate and get a sale that way.
The salesman who came out was professional and got right to the point. He was very knowledgeable about the product. The technician who came out today, Steve, measured all our windows in about 20 minutes with no problems. He was very polite and friendly. I look forward to getting our new windows in April!

Ray Maldrew was our rep and he did a fantastic job... everyone and their brother of course thought we could have done it for less. They may have done it for less but we would have gotten less too! We are very happy & the crew that did the work was awesome too!
Every one we dealt with was wonderful. Starting with salesman to the gentleman who measured to the installers. One of the installers, Tom Miller, was exceptionally great. I have chandeliers that are fairly expensive. One is right in front of the upstairs hall window. I asked Tom "please do not hit and break it". He was great!! Very careful. Exceptionally nice. This was A great experience.
