We just had 16 windows installed & we are very happy with them ! They look great inside & out. We can already see a huge difference, & not just in the appearance. Our house is already much warmer, and you can barely hear any outside noise - living on a main street, that's huge ! The installers were awesome! Aric, Jake, Billy & Ricky were very professional. I received professional, clean, friendly service. I hope to enjoy the new window for many years to come. I look forward to working with them again in the future as I will need more windows. Brian Helmuth (the installer) was a pleasure to work with even though the job was more intense than what he was expecting when he arrived. He went the extra mile to provide supplies he was not expecting. Brian is well educated and did a Great job.
I had three upstairs Windows replaced. The installation by Cliff and John was clean, they cleaned up all of the mess, laid drop cloths through our house as a walkway, and took their time to make it look nice. They were also very friendly and courteous. Thanks.
I needed a new kitchen window and saw that Universal Windows Direct was offering a free window with a purchase. I ordered 3 storm doors and got a brand new kitchen window for free! The entire process was easy and everyone I worked with was great. My two installers Billy and Rick were fantastic - friendly, professional and did a great job!
We decided to go with Universal Windows Direct after receiving a free window from them through their promotion last December. We listened to the sales pitch but at that time were not ready to commit to doing our whole house. I was told it would be about 6 months to receive the free window. I called in June to check in and though nothing had been scheduled, they quickly got me on the calendar and within a week or so a man came out to replace our bathroom window.
