the whole experience was was very easy
The service was excellent and also the windows
We were notified the day before our installers would arrive between 8 - 10 am. They were here be 8 am and they were here right at 8. The crew got to work and had all the windows installed by 4:30. They cleaned everything and you couldn’t even tell that they had been there that day!
Called to make an appointment for a repair. They gave me a date as to when they'd be out. The guy came out and took care of the problem in less than a 1/2 hour. That's Great Customer Service!
