Deceitful practice initial representative took my deposit and said crew would be out for final measurements in 3 days however, turned in to 2 months. Then took another 2 months for installation. Will never use this company again.

I have never worked with a company that is more difficult to get ahold of. I swear you all have one person answering phones. Took weeks to connect with someone for scheduling then here I am over a month after the install with an incomplete order and of course no one available to talk to. I call leave message someone did call me but of course I missed since I was working. Called 10 mins later and straight to voicemail. They took way longer to get my windows than stated in a direct email to me. When I called 3 weeks after my contracted date of arrival the girl on the phone argued that it was within the time frame given. When I reiterated the contract date she realized she made a mistake but then said there was nothing they could do, delays happen. We paid over $12,000 for windows a were basically told they’ll be here when they get here.
