Ok with installation but horrible customer service

The window sliders can be fully removed … this was not explained at the beginning and is a safety risk, even with the “stopper.”

The service staff are fine. It was the overall issues that made me NEED them. No contact for updates on waiting for 4+ months, THEN it comes in wrong, then waiting 4+ again it comes MISSING the doors...then 2+ again....had a FILM inside so had to wait Again for a replacement. Over a year to get B...

It’s disappointing that the sales call and support seem positive, but the execution and quality control is lacking.

The salespeople lie about the product, they play games and grossly overcharge for the product, they make you sit through a presentation that’s designed to exhaust you to accept anything just to get them out your home. I believe I overpaid because the representative lied so much during the consultation. The fact that I told him what a competitor was going to charge me and I paid 50% less then what he originally quoted me and he was able to match that price, let’s me know he was playing games, which is unethical.
