Lost two days of work and a Saturday to get the work done plus countless emails and phone calls. Day of original appointment they never called and never showed up. When I got ahold of someone their answer was oh we don’t know what happened.

I have been calling for about a week just trying to get in contact with someone to talk about the horrible installation of my windows. If I wouldn’t be left with four gapping holes on the sides of my house; I would personally yank them out. The installation was rushed and was done very poorly. I wish I could attach pictures of how horrible the windows done by universal windows direct are, compared to the window I had done by Feldco. For as long as I live I will never in all my years regret a home installation more than this ... read more
Customer service - I ordered 10 windows after installation I needed one more. Due to customer service the 11th window will be purchased and installed by using a different company.
