The entire production/waiting for install time was horrible. A 8-10 week process took 21 weeks !! And all we got was lame ass excuses for the delays. I would SERIOUSLY like to heard from someone higher than a sales representative.

Can't get window out without a tool. Kitchen window lock cannot be reached and opens funny. Can't take out to clean without wheels falling off. Bedroom window can't be removed without a tool by a man. Needs too much leverage. BBB contacted. Still not a good response.

Took 12 weeks to get windows and. They did not have contact with me I had to cancel the contact them. No contact from sales person even after calling him multiple times and emails. They showed up early to do the measure and my daughter had to run to the house to meet them as I did not call as requested. Installers came early once not ready for them. The work that was explained to me by the saleswoman and the work that I received were drastically different. The sales woman explained to me that I would have my windows fully completed with the trim inside and out. When they installed my windows, they did not provide trim and the wood was rotten. It is not universal windows fault that the wood was rotten, however it is my expectation that they wouldn't install new windows over rotten wood.
