The windows themselves are wonderful! We love them. We also thought our installers were top notch…Gedas and Fezman (sp?). But, Universal’s lack of communication, poor response times, lack of direction and communication from our sales person (Josh) and lack of response when we requested an escalation, Several times with Kristin, of our dissatisfaction is unacceptable. I’m not 100% satisfied with the entire process from ordering to install for a couple of reasons. UWD scheduler created problems. A date was agreed upon for measuring but they sent a guy to measure on a different date. Since I still had window treatments at the windows he could not take accurate measurements and agreed to return on original set date. People were nice but the attention to detail needs improvement. There was an error at every stage of my sale/measuring/dekivery/installation that extended my timeliness and cost.

The windows are great, the people who installed the windows were great. The whole inspection/permit process was a nightmare

Working with the sales team was a terrible experience. There was little to no communication. Any communication and updates were because I made several attempts at contacting. This project took a ridiculous amount of time to complete with lies given as excuses.
