End result was decent. One window has a slight imperfection in it which is frustrating. I had to stay on them the whole process as once I prepaid I did not hear anything for 6 weeks. I finally called them. They had a message saying they were moving and to call back. I call again. Leave a message and get no return call for 24 hours. I call again and force them to stay on hold until the find someone for me. That person confirms my windows are in and books a day and time for them to come out and install. Sales Person Kirk tells me that a Saturday install was no problem. Takes my deposit with a smile! Guess what I get told that they do not do Saturday installs. I tell them looks like we have a problem!!! Bought the windows at the end of July, finally got them installed on Oct. 5th That's right OCTOBE...
I cannot recommend UWD to my friends due to their lack of communication and unresponsiveness during the entirety of the project. My original installation appointment did not happen because UWD no-called and no-showed on the day of my scheduled installation. Once that happened, it was impossible to get someone to call me back to figure out why it happened, how they were going to remedy the situation and when my windows would get installed.
