Our job was installed incorrectly 12 days ago and we are still waiting for a resolution.
It has been a long and unorganized process. There is no communication from the company when there is a problem but plenty when its time for the money to change hands, you get a live person.
Promised high quality windows-because the cost was above what 2 other window cos quoted but that's not what we recieved
