Was told 8-10 weeks and it was 15.5 weeks. When the installer showed up it was raining a little so they pushed the install back another month. So 20 weeks total.....for one window and a door.
I waited for over 11 weeks for my windows to be installed, hoping they'd get in before the bitter cold. It turns out the windows were measured wrong, and the installers (who were very nice and sympathetic) were unable to put them in. I was furious, and was told that I would be contacted by Universal. This never happened, though I placed multiple calls to the company. I just got an email saying to check the company portal for my order update, a month late, and an estimated date at that.
All I can say is WOW! Absolutely would recommend to a friend.

I didn't like because they sent someone out here didn't speak English but I no the windows they install is not the one that I ordered and paid for and you can hear everything outside they're not double pane and that's what I ordered
