The salesperson was extremely misleading. It took almost 5 months instead of 6 weeks for my window to be installed.

On the initial day of installation there was no communication that it wouldn’t be able to get done on that day until I called. I was told I would receive a call back and never received one. It was a horrible experience from customer service
I ordered three large windows in September of 2020 and it was March 9 before I got the first one in. March 10 the second one in. With the outside not finished on either of those. My old windows are still laying in my yard. And the installers was going to come on Tuesday the 16. Never heard anything from anyone. Called friday the 26 because I notice rain water seeping through one of the unfinished window. Talked with a Mike from another state and he was going to call St. Louis. Never got a call back.
