The crew arrived in a timely manner to install one of the doors we had ordered and the replacement windows. Before the crew arrived, I received a call from Universal saying that for some reason, the bigger of the 2 doors was not received and so would not be installed. That was two weeks ago. I have heard nothing from the company about the status of the second door.
