I loved the initial consultation and experience with the information and presentation of product. However the scheduling of installation process was awful — took off work to be home, only be to rescheduled at the last minute and then there was a no show at that rescheduled date. Luckily after an email and corporate phone call complaint, we ended up finally getting our windows installed but you would have thought it was OUR fault because of the attitude of the local manager. The order took quite a while to have made but, the product is great. Solid, smooth, very effective at holding the A/C in 100 degree temps.
