Was sent too many codes. Like nearly 20. Every time I put a new one in another one was sent.
I have serious stomach issue going on for 4 days and unable to eat and barely drink. I'm force to come to UH due to my insurance and so far experience with virtual visit and Quest has been awful. No one knows anything and unhelpful. Asking questions to front desk and nursing staff was ridiculous. Quest lab was across the street yet no one knew at the urgent care where it was. Communicate that payment is needed before virtual appointment. Was waiting for 30 minutes and had no idea that’s why I wasnt getting the link. Had to log onto my visit to even see option to make payment. Too complicated having it on the website and on my chart.

Every year I get this throat infection and every year I ask the doctors to give me medication for it. Every year they make me wait until it’s unbelievably infected before they give me the meds I need. This year is no different.

$75 copay for a 5 minute virtual Telehealth visit for the nurse practitioner to suggest I take elderberry to help with covid symptoms based on a study from the Cleveland Clinic (which notes mixed results) seems exorbitant and irresponsible. https://health.clevelandclinic.org/elderberry-benefits
