The provider was wonderful , sending of the verification call was terrible
I was so upset with what I had to go thru to get the virtual visit it made me more upset than being sick. Jim was understanding, since I’m feeling better than 3 days ago, I don’t need meds( I don’t take any meds of any kind at 90 y//o. - vitamins yes, drugs no. Jim assured me that he felt I was on the mend.. Now, how much is this going to cost?
Thank you to Dr. James Matthews. He asked thorough questions, listened to my concerns, spoke about care options, and was VERY respectful.
Doctor was terrible. Prescribed over the counter medication. $40 co pay for nothing.
Couldn't get thru at first but the young lady stayed with me until I got thru. I thank her and the doctor.

Appointment scheduled for 9am didn’t start until around 9:40am. I asked for a doctor's note to let my employer know I would be out the rest of the week due to illness, got a not saying I could go back the next day. Achieved nothing I scheduled for.
dr talked to me for 4 minutes and pushed me away. It was awful.
This was my first visit. The nurse practitioner didn't help at all. I came to the visit without any help and wasted my money. In addition my appt was scheduled for 9:15 and she jumped on the call 2 mins early. I was at work and planned on 9:15. I will now need to seek help at the Cleveland Clinic. Thanks for nothing.
