Why have virtual visits when you have to come in for vitals? I injured myself and it was the sole purpose of my virtual visits. I can take my own vitals.

I found the UH app to be user friendly, appointment, registration and insurance easy to navigate. I signed up for a virtual appointment and was able to do all of this on my i-phone. My virtual appointment was long enough to describe my symptoms and the Dr. to ask me about my history and the request for a urine sample at the Avon UH Urgent Care. The process of scheduling virtually was easy and registration was convenient. I easily used my phone to speak with the Dr. I was asked to give a sample for a UTI and am waiting to hear back from the Dr. I am waiting to see how the rest of the process goes.

My telehealth visit was a waste of a copay. The provider was no help at all.
I scheduled a telehealth visit. This is the second time I’ve scheduled a telelhealth visit. The first experience in April was very good. This visit was a disaster. I scheduled for 5:15. Got a message that my appointment was 4:45. At 4:30, I got a message that my appointment was ready for me to join. I got on and waited 1 hour and 50 mins. I called the number that had called me to ask for my bill to be paid before having the visit. Waited 30 min for provider they never showed! Called to get my co-pay refunded and they argued that I spoke with a provider!
Couldn’t get face to face with the doctor Then I went to mayfield urgent care to do an analysis and the mayfield branch didn’t see the order and said no one called it in. Plus, I wanted to show the doctor my test I did at home and couldn’t. And the mayfield branch said they could t take it in
