James was very informative and professional. I think he was an excellent provider.
i was on a virtual call and it took 30 minutes for the doctor to get on, when she joined yelled to turn on my mic. Was doing i don’t even know what for 20 minutes on mute, talked to me for 3 minutes then i got helped. it took 3 minutes for me to talk to her, but it was an hour long call. also very unprofessional when i couldn’t hear laughing right before she went on mute for 20 minutes.

I felt too sick to go physically to an urgent care. My doctor was out of town this week. I very much appreciated the option of a remote visit. The PA was attentive, listened well, and was very efficient.

Make sure you doctors know how use the virtual platform. He could not figure out how to see me. I told him about my sxs from suspected food poisoning or stomach flu and he said it was against protocol to proscribe me medicine to slow the vomiting and diarrhea. Then he just abruptly asked me if there was anything he could do for me. What is the point of virtual visits if it’s not treated the same?
