This was my first ever telephone appointment and it was great! The system is easy to use, the connection was good, prompt, professional, and was able to resolve my issue without an in-person visit. 5 stars for sure!

While the registration process was lengthy and a bit complicated, I could not have been more satisfied with the virtual experience and interaction with the physician assistant Namy (sp ?). She was very professional and competent and I feel that my likely sinus infection was correctly diagnosed and will effectively treated with the medication she prescribed. I saved a lot of time not having to travel to and office and my prescriptions should be available in 2 hours. Thank you!
