Dr. Hohn was incredible regarding my care today. She listened to me and let me finish sentences in entirety. She handled me with gentle gloves and I appreciate her amazing care and quite frankly the entire staff was an incredibly strong group of women. I appreciate you ladies this AM. I was so upset coming in and got a hug and was smiling by the time I was leaving. Amazing human medical care. Thank you ladies so much. Best, ash
Place was very clean. Front desk people were very pleasant. My nurse and doctor who saw me were great! Both were very personable and professional, and listened to my concerns! I felt well taken care of. I don't go to urgent cares often, but I had a good experience at the Madison Ave Lakewood. My only difficulty was that I registered on line, but the front desk somehow didn't have my appointment. So my wait time was longer. But I was still in and out in a little over an hour. Still a good experience.
Walking into the urgent care it was clean, and masks And hand sanitizer were there for your convenience. You walk in and get greeted by the amazing front desk receptionist Hend. She is great with patients, is quick with registration and helps with anything that’s needed. Very friendly and always had a smile on her face. Went for wound care after a mandolin injury and Francesca was amazing!!! Very compassionate and kind to me. Everyone took care of me well, short wait time, and efficient. Really appreciate Francesca taking such good care of me and being so personable!!! You’re lucky to have her on your team.
Love being able to get an actual appt at an urgent care clinic. Very clean facility and just a brief wait. This was a repeat visit from six days ago. Was I under treated? Who knows. Left this time with Amoxicillin & Clav Potassium. Once home, realized there were no dosage instructions. Went on line and got the info. 2x daily with food. Hope it’s the cure!!
