Who have thought getting my thumb caught in a car door would be a positive. This location was convenient and quite possibly the cleanest Urgent Care we have ever been in. The efficiency of the staff was over the top. We were checked in quickly and were in front of the tech in 5 min and the PA (Kelly) within 10. In both cases they were very professional and concerned about our care and performed a procedure that reduced the swelling and pain in my thumb. Love being able to get an actual appt at an urgent care clinic. Very clean facility and just a brief wait. This was a repeat visit from six days ago. Was I under treated? Who knows. Left this time with Amoxicillin & Clav Potassium. Once home, realized there were no dosage instructions. Went on line and got the info. 2x daily with food. Hope it’s the cure!!
I recently visited this urgent care due to sensitivity to light and redness in my eye, and I can't recommend them enough. The Physician Assistant, Kellie, was exceptional. She conducted a thorough exam, clearly explaining each step of the process, which really eased my anxiety. Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. The nurse was funny and friendly, and Dr. Kellie offered so much detailed information and clarification. She was happy to answer questions and didn’t leave me feeling rushed out or confused about anything. Very kind staff all around and felt listened to and cared for.
10/10 place I would definitely recommend to anyone, I went in for X-rays after wasting my time at another hospital, so I decided to go to University hospital, everybody at the first desk was very welcoming. I got to the back very quickly and wasn’t waiting for that long to get my X-rays. They got me in and out faster than any other place I’ve been to. Jen and Kellie were very understanding and helpful at explaining everything to me! Will be coming there for anything small!
