FANTASTIC experience. Everyone was great and friendly. Jim is an excellent clinician who was efficient, knowledgable, and attentive. Julia at reception got me checked in quickly and was a pro. Francesca is a wonderful MA with a great sense of humor. Annemarie took my x-ray quickly and she is awesome at what she does. I cracked my finger with a saw yesterday and it got red and swollen in a day. I needed antibiotics and they even had them on site. One stop, complete care. Out the door quickly. The staff at the UH urgent Care Lakewood was very good. They treated my wound in a professional way. Mike wanted a x-ray to make sure that there was no broken bone in my left thumb. He made sure the wound was clean before he stitched me up
