Dr. Matthews was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and due the nature of my injury he was very creative. This was the best Urgent Care experience of my life! From the receptionist to the Assistant to the Dr. everyone was pleasant, supportive, patient, kind and professional. I have found the place for any future Urgent Care needs I might have.

Although I wasn’t feeling well, I had an excellent experience at the UH Urgent Care location in Shaker Heights. The receptionist (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was exceptionally kind. The nurse and practitioners were also very attentive and took time to listen to my concerns. In the past, have visited the UH Urgent Care in Beachwood, but this Shaker Heights location is now my favorite.

I found my first visit there very pleasant and efficient. I liked that I could make an appointment in advance. I had to wait a bit once I got to the exam room, but the reason for the wait was explained.
