Wait time wasn’t long. I was seen in a timely manner and the staff was wonderful. The building was very clean. This will always be my go to urgent care.

I scheduled and registered ahead of time so the check-in process was quick. The wait to see someone was maybe 5 minutes. Listened and took care of my concern.

My experience at urgent care was amazing. I went in the facility with a bad headache, l sat in the waiting room for 10 or 15 minutes. I was called in to see the doctor. I wasn’t there long enough to get bored before the doctor came in and checked me out. I got my nose swab and during that time I asked for something for my headache. I couldn’t believe it someone came in and gave me something for my headaches. I had no headache when I arrived home . Services there was excellent.

This was my first time using he Shaker clinic and I am so pleased with the care. The check in person was so helpful and polite. The The nurse and provider were both excellent. Professional, yet down to earth. Very good team.
