From making appointment online, to filling out paperwork at front desk to being seen by doctor , everything went smoothly. Facility was bright and clean (including restroom), people were pleasant, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much!

Dr. Matthews was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and due the nature of my injury he was very creative. This was the best Urgent Care experience of my life! From the receptionist to the Assistant to the Dr. everyone was pleasant, supportive, patient, kind and professional. I have found the place for any future Urgent Care needs I might have.

Although I wasn’t feeling well, I had an excellent experience at the UH Urgent Care location in Shaker Heights. The receptionist (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was exceptionally kind. The nurse and practitioners were also very attentive and took time to listen to my concerns. In the past, have visited the UH Urgent Care in Beachwood, but this Shaker Heights location is now my favorite.
