I was there only about an hour. My flu has turned into bronchitis. I was given a nebulizer treatment and sent home with an Albuterol inhaler, prednisone and a zpack.

The registration process at UH UC in Shaker Heights was efficient. The wait was not too long and the assistant who took my vital statistics and the doctor I saw were courteous and professional. Unfortunately, my eye infection persisted and I needed to go to a specialist (eye doctor) the following week.

Everyone was great. I am not happy about the fact I reserved an appointment time, got there on time but had to wait until all the walk in people were taken in before me. I thought having an appointment should put me in first
