An expensive way, but effective way to pay off all out standing debts and improve your capability to get a better rate and higher credit line a year later. I also used 30 K to put into qbtsw at .68 and racked up a gain of 200K as this warrant went to $6 in 4 ********** 2nd 250 K credit line at 8% fixed.
