Hoz Taquee and the rest of the unlock people who helped me with my funding were great to work with. They went above what a person could expect with their professional service. I changed my mind twice because of bad experiences looking for help getting equity out of my house with other equity services. Unlock got the Key!Traditional HELOC BANKS CLOSED DOORS, UNLOCK GOT IT DONE SO SMOOTH THAT I AM VERY SATISFIED!***************** was my assigned manager and *** made me understand my assignments! She was always there for me to answer to all of my questions.When she was not available, another agent ************************* answered. But then *** would follow up asap the next day. Unlock is a new kid on the block for 2021 with a new loan concept that works extremely well for those like us with excellent credit scores, income means (although not required) and high percentage of equity in their home but that are self employed and can't get a traditional mortgage approved no matter what you do!! This loan product is not for everyone, BUT if you have less than 3 years in business so are without two years of company tax returns, check this out.
