I was rather reserved by what seemed like a high-pressure sell, but it was far from it. The whole team and process. This would've been completed soon, but weather proved to cause a delay. All in all, a well-executed process.

The beginning of the process was great and my investment officer was helpful and responsive. When we got to the appraisal it took over 3 weeks to get it back after the appraiser visited my home. Appraisal came in much lower than other homes in my community, and I sent over examples of comps recently sold for much higher amounts. They did not increase their appraisal value and the piece of feedback consistent amongst the three comps sent over was that they all had pools.
