Unlock was fantastic. After I had been dealing with another lender and getting the bait & switch for 3 months, I decided to contact Unlock. It was the best thing I could have done. Unlock was able to give me a large sum of money which enabled me pay off some debts and to stay in my home. This was done in less than 45 days. I am grateful. I would recommend Unlock without hesitation. A huge thank you to my lending officer and processor. They delivered exactly as they said they would.

I entered into a Home Equity Agreement (***) only after thorough research. They did not disappoint. Mr. ******* was my service representative - he described the *** process in a manner that allowed me total understanding of the equity tool and process. As the *** is a fairly new tool to free up home equity, consumer understanding of the process is paramount and Unlock recognizes this. I had a very good experience with Unlock. ***** explained everything to me and answered my questions about everything. If there was any glitch at all it was with the document processors as they seemed overwhelmed and didn't know what had been ordered and what not. ***** took PTO days during the process but called me before she left and reviewed where we were with the underwriting and how much longer to anticipate for the payout.
