Birdeye adds support for previewing and publishing URLs on social channels
ImprovementUsing the Birdeye's Social publishing feature, users can now preview the URLs and publish them on social channels. The user will also be able to preview the URL within the Birdeye dashboard before publishing it on social media
Birdeye will now generate a preview for a URL before the user publishes it on social channels. Going forward, a URL will be posted on social channels with a preview, not just plain text. Note that the preview generated on Birdeye will not be the final preview. It might change after it's published on social channels.
The user can now add the content to be posted along with the URL within Birdeye and preview the URL before publishing it on any social channel. Note that different social channels allow different character counts. Make sure that your post meets the channel criteria while posting content on it.
