Introducing Automatic and Multi-Employee Tagging

Key Features:

• Automatic Employee Tagging: Employee names mentioned in a review are automatically tagged, ensuring accurate attribution.
• Multi-Employee Tagging: Multiple employees can now be tagged per review, whether detected automatically or added manually.
• Intelligent Name Recognition: If multiple employees share the same first name, automatic tagging is applied only when a last name is mentioned. However, businesses can easily confirm and manually tag employees to ensure accurate recognition.
• Employee Performance Tracking: View the number of reviews attributed to each employee in the ‘Leaderboard’ tab under ‘Reports.’
