RecommendedThis was my second time here. The first time bowling was involved so we had much better service. This time my friends and I decided to go have drinks in the 21 & over section. On a Saturday night there seemed to be only one waitress. We waited over 30 minutes for her to finally get to our table. There was a large group to the side of us that kept stopping her. Service sucks!!!! Was told 1hr wait to be seated while others walked right in and sat down. Empty tables! They do not acknowledge the patrons. Understaffed for a Saturday night. 2 1/2 hour wait to bowl. I am sure they have lost out on a lot of money.

This place has great potential. A variety of things happening, bowling,pool, Great band performances, the bar .. I been there a number of times to hear the bands but their customer service is terrible, wait time to be seated & wait time to be served is ridiculous. The serving staff don't even know which table the food or drinks go to sometimes! �

We had a party of ten and was told a thirty minute wait for restaurant, so we put our name in and was given a buzzer. Twenty minutes later a few more fiends showed up so we asked to make it a party of twelve. Was told it would be AN ADDITIONAL 45 minutes... for two more people.. really??? So we said fine. in the meantime we also put our name in for a bowling lane. Thankfully that only took twenty minutes. We ended up bowling for three hours and our table buzzer NEVER went off!! The bowling was great, awesome atmosphere (something manassas mall defiantly needed). The service at the restaurant was horrible. For a Wednesday night and maybe one other table eating. It took over two hours to get food for a table of 10. I ordered cheese fries at 8:00pm and did not get them until 10:00pm, after everyone was done eating. Not sure if the kitchen needs more staff or what's going on. All three burgers ordered at the table were also rare with blood dripping out.
