Place is nice, but the service and workers, including the manager need to be trained in customer service. Rude and slow! Doubt I'll ever go back .
There was less than 20 people inside. We were sat right away and drink orders were taken. Drinks came fast and our waitress took our food order. That's when it went straight down hill. It took 45 minutes to get our food. We received our food only after we asked a bus boy to find our waitress to cancel our order and just give us our check. She then returned with our food but without an apology or anything for the delay. The order wasn't right but we were not waiting another 44 minutes to get the correct order. Waitress took forever to bring us drinks. She didn't even know what a 7&7 is, which is a pretty basic drink. At the end of the night our bill was incorrect--tried to charge us for an extra bucket. When I showed it to her she said she would fix it. When she was back I noticed that the Fireball shots we ordered were almost double of the advertised price. She then told me I had to ask for the discounted price....ummm no. I then said I wanted to speak to a manager. After several minutes she came back and said, "The manager is to... read more

The wait is long and at the end of the night the waitress tried to charge us for extra beer and full price shots instead of the advertised discount. When we asked her about the discounted shots she stated that we had to ask for the discount price! In what freaking world do you live in that you think that's how it works?! She would continue to talk shit to her manager about us behind our backs. Also, thinking that we were too drunk to realize that she was trying to overcharge us not knowing that at least 2 of us in the group ... read more
The place itself was awesome, great atmosphere. The service however..... not so much....we ordered 3 drinks and a water.... 30 minutes later another server came to us and asked for our order again.... then it took another 20 minutes only to get one wrong drink and one forgotten drink... would i go there again to hang out? Sure, would i order from a server? No...... id just go straight to the bar....

Horrible service. Took 40 minutes to get our drinks, and then an hour for the checks. Just horrible
