I like the concept. I thought the arcade, bowling area & lounge looked great. We sat in the bar, just wanted a couple beers & food. The server was nice when she was at our table but she was not on point at all. Both burgers were ordered medium & both were over well done. May give it one more chance for bowling & pool.
Sadly today was our first time there. It was a very busy day. It was a two hour wait to get our lane which was fine because we just went shopping until they called us when there was a lane available. They ran out of certain shoe sizes but, again, it was very busy so that's understandable. Once we got to our lane they had forgotten to turn the bumper feature on for my son but the people next to us let us use the aiming ramp they had. This was my first time here and it was not a great impression. I only ordered 2 appetizers and it too forever to get them. When I finally did, my food was cold, and the fried mozzarella had no actual cheese in it. Our waitress was great, and she was tipped accordingly. But bowling turned into a fiasco when another customer complained we were loud and didn't follow bowling etiquette. 1. There is a live band and I can't hardly hear myself. 2.
