The management does not care about league bowlers. The approaches are always tacky. You never know what lane conditions you are going to get from one week to another. They went to an online ordering system for their drinks and food. The app changes your order. The food order is wrong 9 times out of ten. They forget to give everything you order. Went today for to do a mini family celebration. Just the family. Was never told about the QR code on table to order food or drinks. Never had the server at our lane to even acknowledge us. Went and ordered from the bar instead and there is where I was told of the QR. I witnessed the same server go to other lanes brought them waters. The lanes and machines are terrible. Broken every other throw. Computer can’t keep the correct scores. The place needs some serious updating. New pins, heavy work one the racks for the lane. Jen was the best part of this alley. It would appear management and corporate could care less about the people’s experience that are spending money here week in and week out.
If your idea of entertainment is waiting for broken down lanes, come to this place. Not much in the way of maintained or clean.
Let me start by saying this is our first family since covid and it was horrible. We called before coming in told no wait get her within 10mins it was a 2/hr wait, we put our name in to the restaurant told us was a 20min wait so we go sit in the bar use your little code order tots and quesadilla to 25mins, still nothing on our table so we go over to ask they can sit us we go over their sit 10mins not one person comes over to take our order so our lane is ready go over there.
