Well nice place but I about crapped myself when they told me the price for an hour of bowling way way over priced I cannot believe people are gullible to pay this amount to bowl we bowled for an hour didn't even get two full games in and we left feeling ripped off I recommend drive a few extra minutes and safe yourself a lot of money
Went to take my family out for some bowling for Valentine's day, but in a frustrating turn of events, we never got to bowl and had to go home with our kids upset. I received a text at 7:41pm when we arrived saying that it would be approximately 45 for an open lane. That text never came like they told us we would get when the lanes opened up. The only time we had good service was when we were bowling in the approach lounge. Everywhere else service was bad. Had to seat ourselves in the restaurant because no one ever came to seat us. At one point their were quite a few tables waiting on service and a manager was standing 10 feet away staring at his phone. This place definitely needs to get it together
Very poor service. This place is not managed well at all. When they first opened we used to come weekly but no more. Tonight we waited at a high top for almost 15 minutes till the bartender came and asked what we wanted to drink. No hostess up front. No managers in sight. Last time we were here was about 6 months ago and we waited about 15 minutes and no one came by so we left. Won't be back. Going to Main Event instead... Very sad to see this place go down hill...
First time there n not every happy. My little cousin lost her phone there n we had a app that say it's around there somewhere n we talk to the manger there n he say if u want to find it come back at two to look for it didn't even say I will keep my eyes out for the phone so we can believe them. Horrible customer service. Horrible mixed drinks.
Terrible customer service and I've been an every Sunday customer for the past 2 years.
We went as a family. It's was soooo expensive. Then after we paid almost 100 bucks to bowl a few very crowed games, I attempted to bring my child's pop in and I was stopped by a door girl and told I couldn't have it. Then directed me to the manager who all of a sudden showed up behind me and he told me I needed to toss it. That they have an entire area of food and drinks we can purchase. Rude rude rude
