I'm not sure if it was just an off night but the service was terrible. The bartender put mint in my Moscow mule and insisted that was correct (it's not and it's not even listed that way on the menu, I know sometimes places like to put a spin on it) and she wasn't even at the bar the first 15 minutes we were there. I've come here plenty of times and have had good experiences, today should not have been any different. We ended having the waitress from hell. We ordered appetizers just chicken tenders and fries before we even started to bowl. We had fun bowling but during our entire game Ashley our waitress was no where to be seen. Finally an hour later she appears and tells us she checked on our food 3 times and the kitchen had just started our food. I'm a little disappointed with the customer service end as well as the games. We bowled first, that went well. We wanted to play darts and where told they have no darts, so we went to play pool and many of the pool tips were broken or cracked. I can say a real negative is when my husband, I and my sister and her husband go on a Friday or Saturday and we go to the high tops in the bar area. We never get service!! Ever.... We have to go to the bar and get told I didn't see you a few times or I'm the only bartender.
Lanes were available and for some reason they were not letting us on because they didn't have enough servers and until the lanes have proper servers to serve the customers bowling we will put you on a list??? I wasn't there to eat and there food really isn't very good. A waste of time and money to be disappointed...
Customer service there sucks we originally paid for just bowling and then after being told about the Sunday family deal we asked about switching to do it to getmire for the $. Well when it was all finished we got the bill and they charged us an extra $81.00 for the afternoon of bowling when,it should have only been $50 for The Sunday family deal. Person in charge took forever to come talk to us. I will have to wait for the supposed refund...but we will never go back there for sure....huge,rip,off.
4 adults, we went on a Saturday at 2 p.m., they said on the phone it would be slow and lanes would be available. Arrived, the decibel level was deafening. They would only give us 1 lane since we had 4, not 6 in our party. Put us next to a toddler b-day party (there was an unused lane on our other side). Service this place is horrible every time I go there food isn't good and over priced. Kids like the games and laser tag
Nice place but extremely expensive and the staff are not polite.
