My family and I are regulars at Uptown. We were highly disappointed with our visit today to celebrate Mother’s Day. We have had several issues with our orders ever since they started using the q reader instead of human beings. I feel this was a huge mistake. Today, we placed our drink orders immediately upon sitting at our lanes. Half of the drinks came out after about 10 minutes. The other drinks... almost 40 minutes. Horrible customer service and now using self checkout kiosk for food and drink?? There way of cutting down on employees. Told could only run a tab at the bar, but no bartender for 20 minutes??? Lanes are always an issue breaking down and the place is never clean anymore. Covid can no longer be your excuse, get back to focusing on customer service and making sure folks have a good time. Until then Top Golf, Main Street, or a local bowling alley is your best bet as this place forgot it is the customer that brings the money... read more

Threw our engagement party in the room. We had to spend $1500 to book. Paid $335 deposit before party. Then was given a $2056 bill at the end of the night. Was charged much more than $1500. We asked for contract and receipt and showed them we were double charged for multiple items and never gave them permission to go over our $1500. Your phone number does not work, your customer service is poor, and you put fraudulent charges on customers debit cards. Do not do business here! We drove all the way to this facility because YOUR phones are not working only to be told I have to send an email reiterating what I just explained!!! What is wrong with this company? Luckily my credit union advocates for me since you do not want to take care of YOUR mistake.

Really nice place for the kiddos to bowl. As far as our server went...we waited 45 mins after we put in our pizza order only to find out that it was never made...we got our root beer we ordered when we were leaving. The manager seemed very nice and understanding. But man...I don't understand how that server even has a job. He was an idiot! Sorry. Rant over. Nice bowling alley though!!! Beautiful! They just need to hire people with an IQ over 70.

Management needs to step up and manager their people and the floor. It was terribly understaffed and hard to get service with games, drinks or food. When we finally found someone it was few and far between. Schedule more people and manage the beautiful facility you have.

I can't believe the terrible experience we had last night at this facility, my family& friends worked so hard to plan me a surprise 30th here. They wouldn't let us pay separately in the beginning for the things we wanted, we got dirty dishes served to us, the burners for our food on the buffet line wouldn't work so our food went cold, our bowling lanes were down almost the entire time (pictures to prove)we asked several times to speak with a manager& it took forever to get someone over, on top of all of this we were charged ... read more
