I'm not sure where the negativity is coming from but my experience with Utahbroadband has been nothing but satisfying. I have used UBB in my home and work for 10 years now. Sean has always been upfront and honest with the service and prices. The tech support has always come through when I have had any issues. I could never think of changing my internet service anywhere!
