Love taking my vehicle to Findlay. I especially like my service tech, Aimee, who takes care of my truck and verifies the services are completed.
Service response not very good. Waited 4 hours for my service.
Service writer Katie has taken care of me for years. She tried to rectify a problem with a tire, but service didn't listen to her write up and recommended unnecessary 4 wheel alignment.
They were more than welcoming and worked with me to make sure the deal was beneficial for me! Big thank you Jim for helping me start to finish, and Jennifer for over the phone support!
