Had a scheduled appointment at 12 and wasn't able to pick up my car until 5. Called twice and the tech didn't update the status of my car.
Had the wrong phone number. When they couldn't contact me on phone, they didn't come to the lobby for half an hour to find me when they knew I was waiting for my vehicle
We did not like that it took a little too long.
