very nice and very professional, I just recently came back also for another service at kiosk 6 his name is Jacob he is knowlegeable on what he is doing and im happy he told me about the toyota recoil in which i dont know about it.. He also give me idea about the promotion about my tire in which i bought 4 tires..I was hesitant to comw back with toyota before because of the rude service i had one time but Jacob did an excellent job.
