Good over all. They just took a long time but got everything done.
We were traveling in our Highlander and towing our camping trailer when our car's brakes failed. Service rep Jose Monte got in in right away. Parts had to be ordered so we had to stay overnight in a hotel. Jose and his team members (Kim and Katie) helped us find a hotel and Ubered us over and then back in the morning. Car was fixed and we were back on the road first thing. Thank you Valley Hi Toyota!
