I appreciate Joanne's (social worker) guidance and help during my mother-in-law's stay at Valley Pointe. She kept us informed and efficiently helped with the necessary transfer forms. The care provided was very good and the facilities are super clean.

My mom has been at Valley Pointe for almost a month after suffering a severe stroke. I specifically chose this facility, even though my mom previously lived in San Francisco, because of its five star rating from Medicare. During our time here, my mom has been treated like family. I can't help sharing my heartfelt appreciation. My 98-year-old father-in-law stayed at Valley Pointe for 50 days before he was discharged this morning. VP only has 48 beds, a small yet well-run nursing home. In order to keep him company, my husband and I joined him at his dinner time. Being there for over an hour every day gave us an opportunity to witness how a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center functions. I highly recommend Valley Pointe Rehab Center. After a spinal fusion operation that had many complications and bad service at another facility, the Valley Pointe staff was a warm welcome to my heart and body. I was well-cared-for, had laughs with the staff, and had a quicker than expected healing process due to the Rehab Team. The effective office staff made all this possible.
