Just because it shines on the outside doesn't always mean that is the true inside. I went to this establishment on 12/23/2016 I met a wonderful administrator who showed me around the facility. He showed me a room and listened to my concerns about my mother. It seemed to be the right fit. After agreeing to have my mother come there the real truth started to come out. Hello, my name is Frank. I was looking for a place for my father and I found this facility on Google. I did some research on Valley Pointe Nursing & Rehab Center through social media, networking, etc. By doing so, I found that one of the staff members had posted pictures of residents that are currently at this facility. Valley Pointe had been around for a long time. It had been under new owners and staff for approximatelly the last 6 months. Valley Point staff no longer has the empathy, compassion it with previous owners. The staff is not appoachable they always to busy to completely answer questions about my parent. Hope they will get better. Looking into moving my parent.

The facility is clean and has no odors. The staff is distant and not friendly to patients or family membr who come to visit. Very unappoachable. Have tried to talk to the administrator with no luck. My family and never see the admnistrator socialize with the patients.
