Worst broker we have ever worked with. Avoid at all costs. They will quote you a price that seems lower but is completely inaccurate. The actual movers will quote you double the cost. This put is in a bind with no movers. Working with our bank to get our money back. This company needs to shut down. Such awful practices.

By moving day, we actually had significantly less than what was shown in those original videos because we had already gotten rid of many items. I beg you to PLEASE not use this company if you don’t want to be SCAMMED. I spoke to the representative named Jakob who told me it would cost a total of $2,552.5 to receive FULL MOVING services. Which entails packing, transporting, and unpacking my items. Mind you, I mainly have clothes, a bed, and a few items after moving out of the 2 bedrooms I was renting in my prior place. They are brokers who do not care. I have written to them to express my disappointment regarding their decision to support the vendor rather than your customer. I was fully prepared to proceed with the move had a qualified vendor been dispatched. The vendor's assertion that I rejected the service is misleading; the refusal was due to the price doubling and the vendor being unequipped to transport my belonging. Your decision to keep $4600 and provide no service is paramount to theft. I will forward onto the attorney.
