Do not give them your bank account information or you will lose your money. That is what happened to me. I initially received a quote for moving for less than $7000 from the nicest guy in the whole world. He claimed his name was Mike SILVA. He also claimed that the company was owned by a Navy captain. Do not hire these guys. Worst customer service. I asked for a quote for moving a storage unit from Mo to Az he said 5300 but he could reduce it to 3800. Way higher than their ad alludes to. They were literally only moving a storage unit, no rooms, no packing, no disassembling, no stairs, just walking from the storage unit to a truck. I said that’s a little higher than I thought. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Do your due dilligence before you hire this scam company. We paid them the deposit to pick up our stuff and within days had 4 different companies calling us demanding 4-10 thousand more dollars to move it. They never showed up to pick our stuff up, the hired a company that did finally pick our stuff up and then never paid that company. I called to get a quote and the guy was rude & hung up on me. Not just that he asked me my budget, didn’t ask how flexible I was with it, just told me to “Get a Uhaul and do it myself.” Then hung up on me.
Do not use this company they tell you one thing and charge you for another. They ripped me off and would not refund my money. I canceled the estimate and asked for a refund on my deposit. They would not give it to me. This company is no good. I do not recommend them.
Do not hire them! Unless you don’t want them to tell you when your truck leaves your city and you don’t wanna know when your items get shipped. They quote 3 to 10 business days but the fine print of the contract gives them 30 days to deliver. Also, their definition of one flight of stairs is eight stairs. You tell me a place that has eight stairs. The first price might be cheap , but they’re gonna nail you to the wall with incidental charges, and it will definitely double I would never use them again.

They do guestsmations not quotes Quoted me a price to move 1 hr away for 6600 dollars. When they arrived quoted me again for 21k then expected me to accept that quote. Told them to leave now they refuse to return my 2600 deposit because I refused them on site ? Would never suggest or use this company again
