pretty perturbed with overall customer service. Took out funds without finalized contract, do not use.

This Broker will contract out your items to the cheapest and lowest bidder and leave your dealing with poor moving company’s that have no protocol don’t inventory your items are hard to get a hold of With poor English and communication. Value added has poor customer service left me dealing with the moving company myself. Defeats the purpose of a broker.

They are SCAMMERS. They under quoted me, they didn’t explain anything, and I had to pay $2200 more when the movers arrived. Scammers

These guys are a bunch of crooks. They quote a price then they hold you hostage for more money when they pick it up. I would stay as far away as possible from these crooks. 👎👎👎👎
Do not use this company. Told them I needed a 26 foot truck to move my stuff. Was quoted and paid a deposit. When movers showed up they said I only had less than 1/3 of the truck. They offered to take all my sfuff at triple the original price. They took a few items and then I had to rent a u-haul and do it myself. I was told my order would be expedited to 6 days from UT to FL. Movers told me 14 days that my contract was not expedited. They wouldn't take anything with glass(including a TV). If they did it would be extra. The... read more
Don’t use this company worst experience ever!!!!!!! I could have done it less on a U-Haul they wanted 3k for us to use U-Haul this damn company quoted us 2500. Why not save money and let them do the heavy lifting. Boy was i wrong. 2 days before pick up they wanted an update list which i was ok with cause we guessed on the first list so granted the 3500 was do able still no problems.
