They conducted a thorough inspection and provide me with a detail report within a few days. The inspector was friendly and answered my questions as we went through the house. Home Inspection
If I could go above A, I would. Mike was the most professional, nicest, knowledgeable guy that I have come across in any line of business. He spent almost four hours in the home with us, going over everything and answering any questions that we might have had. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I needed a home inspection.
Michael Kelley helped us with the home inspection. He is very professional and patient. We are first time buyers and we learned a lot from him. He looked at every corner of the house, told us every places that needs potential repair, even a minor one. We are very satisfied with his inspection. It went great Inspection
It went well. My only issue was the initial report that came through was missing 'price to replace/repair' information which is critical for any home inspection. Home Inspection
All people involved were knowledgeable, punctual, and eager to answer any of my litany of questions. Would use them again and recommend them to my friends. Home and termite inspection as well as a radon test.
I got my report the next day. It was really thorough. I just know that you pay for what you get for. It was worth the price but it was a little higher than the other ones I have looked at. I've used ValueGuard.
