On the positive side, the inspector was on time, very pleasant and fairly thorough. He answered all my questions. On the negative side, he should have run the faucets for a longer period of time. Upon moving in, there was a leak under the kitchen sink that emptied a large puddle onto the floor. Steve Haslan was so thorough that he saved me from buying a just-finished rehab that looked beautiful on the outside but already needed $10,000 worth of repairs on the inside. If it weren't for him, I would have made a big mistake! Pre-purchase home inspection.
Michael Kelley and Value Guard saved me loads of cash and plenty of headaches!! Micheal was extremely friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.
